Base pay range $40.00/hr - $43.00/hr Senior Talent Acquisition Executive (Professional hiring for Aerospace/Manufacturing/ Semiconductor/Nuclear Clients) Job Description: Responsibilities Design manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for CCA and module assemblies. Interpret engineering prints to design processes and work with design engineering to implement production improvements. Support the production floor by working with the operations team and focusing on continuous improvement. Design, procure, and implement tooling to support manufacturing processes. MAY incorporate inspection and test requirements into the production plan. Inspect performance of machinery, equipment, and tools to verify efficiency, and investigate and initiate corrective action to ensure product quality. Provide guidance to engineering regarding design concepts and specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques, ensuring compliance with regulations and specifications. Qualifications Experience with Cable harness. Process writing and manufacturing experience. Knowledge of cable harness and related manufacturing processes.
