Base Pay Range $110,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr Position Summary The Manufacturing Engineer plays a key role in developing, improving, and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency. This position works closely with cross‑functional teams, including design, production, and quality, to ensure a smooth transition of products from design to manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods, processes, and tooling. Support new product introductions by creating process plans, routings, and work instructions. Collaborate with design engineering to ensure manufacturability of parts and assemblies. Analyze and resolve production issues using root‑cause and corrective action methods.
