As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will coordinate and manage engineering projects from concept through production, focusing on process development, documentation, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities for the Manufacturing Engineer Role Analyze customer specifications to develop cost-effective manufacturing processes. Create internal process drawings to meet technical and quality standards. Provide guidance to Manufacturing, Quality Control, and Customer Service teams. Support production with CNC programming, operator training, and blueprint reading. Design and qualify tooling to optimize production efficiency. Develop CNC programs and collaborate with vendors to ensure product compliance. Assist with estimating cycle times and costs for Sales Engineering. Lead Continuous Improvement projects and cost reduction initiatives. Assist with new equipment design, installation, and implementation. Maintain and upgrade ISO-related documentation and procedures. Requirements Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field. 5–7 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in a machining environment (or equivalent).
