Your Role As a Manufacturing Operations Manager, you will lead and coordinate all aspects of our single-site facility's manufacturing operations. You will drive strategic initiatives, ensure optimal performance across departments like production, engineering, and logistics, and champion cross-functional collaboration. You will oversee all factory managers and supervisors, manage our workforce, and ensure our safety, efficiency, and quality standards are consistently met. This role is a blend of high-level strategy and day-to-day leadership, where you will be instrumental in shaping our company's future.
