We’re seeking a Bilingual Manufacturing Engineer to help lead process improvement and support production excellence at our cutting-edge Houston facility. This is a high-impact role with significant opportunity for technical and leadership growth.
Overview
This role focuses on leading process improvements, driving production excellence, and supporting automation initiatives in a bilingual (English/Spanish) environment.
Responsibilities
Design and implement process improvements using lean manufacturing
Support production teams with hands-on engineering guidance
Drive automation and capital projects (robotics, AI, machine vision)
Analyze and optimize KPIs and drive efficiency, quality, and safety
Use CAD tools for system, operations, and facility design
Qualifications
B.S. in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Systems)
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with lean principles, CAD tools, and CMMS systems
