Description Design, program, and maintain control systems (PLC, HMI, sensors, etc.) for injection molding and assembly equipment. Optimize injection molding processes to meet automotive quality, cost, and delivery targets. Lead troubleshooting efforts for molding and automation equipment to minimize downtime and scrap. Collaborate with product development, quality, and maintenance teams to support new vehicle programs and engineering changes. Implement and sustain lean manufacturing initiatives such as Poka-Yoke, SMED, and Kaizen events. Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and other relevant automotive standards. Support APQP activities including PFMEA, control plans, and process validation. Manage capital equipment projects from specification through installation and commissioning.
