Overview Our client, a dynamic and rapidly expanding leader in the solar and renewables industry , is scaling operations and building out top-tier teams across the country. They are currently looking for a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt to join their WA site and help spearhead major continuous improvement efforts. This is a prime opportunity for a change-driving manufacturing professional with a passion for process optimization and long-term impact.
Location: Skagit County, WA
Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000/year

Key Responsibilities Lead enterprise-wide Lean and Six Sigma initiatives with a focus on operational transformation and cost reduction (projects >$500K).
Train, mentor, and certify internal talent on Lean, Six Sigma, and DFSS principles.
Design and optimize warehouse layouts, material flow systems, and develop detailed PFEPs.
Work hands-on with systems including SAP, QAD, MES platforms, and automated data tools.
Develop and deploy CI strategies at the site level, including full training and rollout plans.
Facilitate impactful Kaizen events and lead cross-functional process improvements.
Align improvement initiatives with company-wide strategic goals and cross-team objectives.
Demonstrate measurable cost savings across multiple operational areas (safety, scrap, labor, etc.).
Qualifications 10+ years of experience in manufacturing-focused process improvement roles.
Certified Six Sigma Black Belt; DFSS or Red X experience is a strong plus.
Strong background in CI project execution, coaching, and internal program development.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
Advanced data and statistical skills; Minitab proficiency required.
A track record of leading initiatives that drive millions in cost savings and operational gains.
