Job Description Perform all work assignments in accordance with safety, quality policies, practices, and procedures.
Collaborate with management, quality control, operators, and third-party machine manufacturers to meet manufacturing needs promptly.
Requirements Bachelor's degree (accredited) and at least 3.5 years of related experience, preferably in the Automotive industry.
Proficient understanding and use of mold and extrusion systems, ERP systems, programming systems, and injection molding experience are required.
Troubleshoot and set up molding, forming, and assembly machines and systems.
Use company document management software to write, record, and manage SOPs.
Implement and improve manufacturing processes.
Proactively plan with management.
Respond quickly to manufacturing concerns.
Utilize software systems effectively.
Work well both as part of a team and individually.
