Responsibilities Bachelors / MS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with minimum 8 years of experience in Medical device industry Hands on experience in Line Transfers, Validations IQ/OQ/PQ and FAT/SAT. Core Manufacturing Experience Sampling plan and Statistical Analysis Vendor Coordination to source equipment. Experience in using Solidworks & Autocad tools Fixture design, development and verification. SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) create / update as needed. Working independently with the internal and external stakeholders for execution. Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to less experienced team members. 10% travel requirement in later stage of the project. Formulates, delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. Works independently under limited supervision to determine and develop approach to solutions. Contributes to the completion of work group objectives, through building relationships and consensus to reach agreements on assignments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
