Our client, an association, is seeking a temporary Office Operations and Events Coordinator to join their team in Washington, DC! Responsibilities: Act as the main point-of-contact for office needs and support leadership team members. Coordinate office supplies, maintenance requests, and equipment servicing. Handle all logistics for in-house meetings and events. Manage vendor contracts, space reservations, set up/breakdown, vendor lists, etc. Assist with other duties as assigned. Qualifications: 2+ years of office administration and event coordination are required. An associate's degree is highly preferred; A high school diploma is required. High level of proficiency in MS Office and scheduling tools is required. Ability to lift and move up to 40lbs is required. Position Information: Pays $22/hr-$24/hr, depending on experience. Temporary position, lasting through the end of the year. Hours are 8:30am-5pm. Hybrid schedule! Office in Washington, DC.
