ESFM self-performs 80% of all FM services provided to clients. Our portfolio of solution categories includes Facilities Maintenance & Engineering, ESG Programming, Laboratory Support Services, Janitorial & Industrial Cleaning, Landscaping & Grounds Management, Workplace Solutions and Managed Services.
This self-performance model creates a consistent hospitality experience for clients, resulting in higher engagement and productivity from their employees. ESFM’s clients include many household names from the life sciences, technology, oil & gas and manufacturing markets. Job Summary Leads the design, development, and delivery of ESFM’s financial and operational business intelligence solutions to drive data-informed decision-making. Partners with Finance, IT, and Operations to enhance enterprise reporting, KPI dashboards, and automation. Combines strategic business partnership with hands-on BI development to strengthen ESFM’s data-driven culture. Responsibilities Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, business intelligence, or data analytics within a large, multi-site organization. Advanced expertise in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling. Proficient in SQL for querying and transforming data; experienced with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses. Familiar with additional BI tools such as Google Looker. Skilled in analytics and workflow automation tools (e.g., Alteryx, Power Automate). Proven success establishing data governance and performance optimization practices. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Smartsheet, and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools. Experience with SAP, Anaplan, or Essbase/Hyperion preferred. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated success managing cross-functional partnerships and leading change in fast-paced environments.
Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field required. 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, business intelligence, or data analytics within a large, multi-site organization. Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and compelling visual narratives.
