Sales & Styling Manager
to elevate the client experience at our boutique through personalized styling, strong leadership, and a love for trend-driven retail.
About the Role: As our Sales & Styling Manager, youll be at the heart of the boutiqueresponsible for driving sales through expert outfitting, building lasting relationships with clients, and leading your team by example. Youll coach associates on current trends, styling techniques, and client service standards to ensure every customer leaves feeling confident and cared for.
Key Responsibilities: Build and retain a strong clientele through personalized styling, outreach, and follow-up Drive daily and weekly sales goals through strategic outfitting and product storytelling Lead by example in delivering an elevated client experience at every touchpoint Coach, develop, and inspire your team on styling trends, selling techniques, and brand voice Monitor and analyze store performance, identifying opportunities for growth Collaborate with leadership on merchandising, events, and in-store marketing efforts
What Were Looking For: Proven experience in retail sales with a strong emphasis on styling and customer relationships Passion for fashion and the ability to coach others on emerging trends and outfitting techniques Natural leader who thrives in a client-first, goal-oriented environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with a hands-on approach
