Albany, NY based advertising agency is currently seeking a Creative Strategist in our Albany Office*.* The Creative Strategist is a key member of the creative team, responsible for bringing ideas to life through concept development, messaging, and brand storytelling. This role combines creative thinking with strategic insight — ensuring that every campaign, headline, and design aligns with the client’s brand voice, audience, and goals.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Collaborate with the Creative and account teams to develop strong, insight-driven campaign concepts and messaging strategies. * Write and edit compelling content for print, digital, broadcast, and social channels. * Translate brand strategy into creative executions that are clear, cohesive, and effective. * Help define and maintain brand standards across multiple clients and touchpoints. * Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, on-brand creative ideas. * Review creative work for quality, consistency, and adherence to client objectives. * Partner with designers and media teams to ensure copy and visuals work together seamlessly. * *Design layouts* for ads, brochures, websites, social media, packaging, presentations, and other marketing materials * *Stay current* on design trends, tools, and technology to keep creative fresh and effective
*Qualifications:*
* 3–6 years of experience in a creative, marketing, or advertising role. * Strong conceptual thinker with a proven ability to turn strategy into storytelling. * Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills. * Understanding of branding, campaign development, and multi-channel marketing. * Excellent command of Adobe CS, Wireframing, Sketch, InVision * Some knowledge/understanding of Motion Graphics, After Effects, HTML, CSS Experience developing creative guidelines and excellent command of branding, layout, color theory, typography and more * Understanding and previous experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels including digital and print

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
