Job Details:

• Board Certified APP
• 8a-8p (weekdays) or 8a-7p (weekends)
• Active TN License and DEA required
• 3-6 years of Family Med, ER, or Urgent Care experience
• Patients: 3 months+
• Local candidates only
• EMR: Practice Velocity
