Job details include:

• BC Advanced Heart Failure Cardiology, Ventricular Assist Device (VAD) Certified - REQUIRED
• AHF Fellowship - LVAD experience - REQUIRED
• M-F, 8-hour days plus rotating call
• Clinic PPD 10 average admin PD 12-15
• active VA license and DEA - local providers only
• EMR - EPIC
