- Very competitive total compensation opportunity ($490k+), including: - RVU production bonus based on annual threshold - Quality incentives up to $130,000 annually
- Commencement bonus: $40,000

- Outpatient Rural Health Clinic open Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
- Provider schedule: Four 10-hour days per week
- Average of 13-17 patients per day - Scribe available for providers averaging 15+ patients daily who intend to continue increasing capacity
- 11 exam rooms
- 1 non-stress testing room with up-to-date equipment
- 2 ultrasound machines for clinic use
- Behavioral health services on-site for consultation and warm handoff
- 1:3 call schedule
- Dedicated Family Birthing Center with certified lactation consultant services
- Full-time, permanent position
