• Patient Volume: 15-25 (OP)
- 15 min durations
• Support Staff: Nursing (2:1), Ancillary (2:1)
- Audiologist
• Procedures: Ear Cleaning, Post-op Care, Acute Needs
• No of Exam Rooms: 3 + Procedure Rooms
• Lab, Pharmacy and Radiology on site
• EMR: Epic
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

• Active IA License or IMLC
• BC
• Fellowship-trained
