StaffMED Health Partners is assisting a Level IV Trauma Center in San Antonio, TX , in the search for a full-time Emergency Medicine Physician to join their high-volume, well-equipped emergency department.
Position Overview- 66,000 annual patient volume in a 40-bed ED
- 40 hours of daily physician coverage
- 60 hours of daily APP coverage (44 hours on weekends)
- 1099 status up to 120 hours per month
- Academic appointment available as Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor with UT San Antonio
- Meditech EMR system
- 378-bed hospital with the largest ED in downtown San Antonio
- Level III Trauma Center with 12 OR suites, cardiovascular services, and a primary stroke center
- Accredited Chest Pain Center and Heart Failure Institute
- 16-bed Level III NICU and 16 labor and delivery suites
