$126/hr ($240K $270K annually) + Performance Bonuses

A dynamic, community-based PACE  program in sunny Pensacola seeks a Board-Certified Internist or Family Medicine Physician  to serve as Medical Director , leading a dedicated team in providing exceptional care to older adults (55+) who qualify for nursing-home level support but can still thrive at home. 
- Lead with Purpose: Oversee participant care, clinical outcomes, and quality initiatives. 
- Team Leadership: Guide and support Primary Care Providers and Advanced Practice Providers. 
- Hands-On Care: Perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and prescribe services at home or in partner facilities. 
- Care Planning: Participate in intake decisions and help families navigate future care needs. 
- Collaboration: Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings (bonus points if you bring donuts). 
- On-Call: Share in a rotating provider on-call schedule reasonable and balanced. 
- Required: Active Florida physician license; Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine; DEA and CDS certifications; supervisory/leadership experience; genuine passion for senior care. 
- Preferred: Geriatric Certification or direct experience with elderly or frail populations. 
- Bonus Points: Proven ability to manage chronic disease with both skill and empathy.
