  • Monday: Clinic 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (lunch 12:00-1:00 PM)
  • Tuesday: Surgery
  • Wednesday: Clinic 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (lunch 12:00-1:00 PM)
  • Thursday: Clinic 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (lunch 12:00-1:00 PM)
  • Friday: Surgery
  • Call Details:
  • Call Type: Beeper
  • Call Ratio: 10 days/month
  • Response Time Required: 20 minutes Clinical Details
    • Setting: Clinic + Inpatient
    • Clinic Volume: 20+ patients per shift
    • Facility Beds: 30+
    • Admissions Required: Yes
    • Assigned Inpatient Rounding: Yes
    • Procedures: All "bread and butter" ENT procedures required
    • Onsite Support: 2 audiologists; some clinic-based procedures available
    • EMR: Epic
    Requirements
    • Board Certified in ENT - Required
    • Fellowship Training: Preferred
    • Licensure: Active WI license or IMLC
    • Certifications: ACLS & BLS - Required
