Gastroenterology Locums Job in Iowa 24-Hour Call Coverage Ongoing Beginning in October Assignment
Coverage Needed: 24-hour on call coverage ongoing beginning October 2025
Schedule: Beeper (offsite) call (7am-7am)
Requirements:
Must be interested in Locum to Perm
Board Certified or truly Board Eligible within 3 years of Residency
Active Iowa License or IMLC
ACLS
Provider must be willing/able to work inpatient
ERCP- required (will consider provider who can only do ERCP and not EUS)
EUS - highly preferred
COVID Vaccine
Clean Malpractice/Background - Strongly Preferred (Documentation for any settled/pending cases must be uploaded at time of name clear)
Assignment Details:
Hospital based coverage
Perform 3-4 outpatient procedures per day, inpatient procedures, and consults
Patient demographic: Adult only
EMR: Cerner
