Position Overview
A leading physician-owned neurosurgery group in Phoenix is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neurosurgeon specializing in spine surgery. This position offers a balanced mix of minimally invasive procedures and complex spine reconstructions, supported by a fully integrated care model.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $400,000 $650,000 (dependent on experience and training)

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage degenerative, traumatic, and deformity-related spinal conditions
- Perform a full spectrum of inpatient and outpatient spine procedures
- Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans with interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system
- Participate in optional initiatives such as quality improvement, mentorship, or leadership development
Qualifications
Required:
- MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery
- Active or eligible Arizona medical license
- Expertise in spine surgery, including minimally invasive techniques
Preferred:
- Fellowship training in Spine Surgery (neurosurgical or orthopedic pathway)
- Experience in team-based, integrated care settings
- Interest in surgical education, research, or leadership roles
