    • 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
    • OR 4-5 days/week
    • Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (flexible)

Clinical Responsibilities
  • Office visits and follow-ups
  • Interventional procedures including:
    • Spinal Cord Stimulation
    • Radiofrequency Ablation
    • Injections
Facility Details
  • Facility Beds: 5
  • Trauma Level: IV
  • EMR: Epic
  • Patient Volume: 15 patients per shift
Requirements
  • Board Certification: Required
  • Licensure: Active WI license or IMLC - Required
  • Certifications: ACLS & BLS - Required
  • Act 10: Accepted
