A large, physician-led medical group with over 50 primary care practices across Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee and expanding into South Carolina is seeking additional Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physicians to join their growing team.

Position Overview
Primary Care Physicians provide comprehensive, continuous, and coordinated outpatient care to patients of all ages. The role emphasizes preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and long-term patient relationships.
Practice Details:
- Outpatient only No obstetrics, no hospital admitting, no nights
- Clinic hours: Monday Friday, 7:30AM 5:00PM with dedicated administrative time
- Average patients per day (depending on complexity)
- State-of-the-art facilities with integrated EMR
- Laboratory and diagnostic services on-site
Candidate Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (ABFM or ABIM)
- Active, unrestricted Alabama Medical License (or ability to obtain)
- Valid DEA license
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
- Understanding and support of a managed care/value-based care model
