A leading behavioral health organization in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support multiple geriatric care facilities. The clinician will provide therapy and medication management to a panel of approximately 150 clients in collaboration with DONs, social workers, and physicians. This is a part-time locum tenens position with flexible scheduling, no call , and a Top 8% pay package for psychiatry APP roles in the region.
Estimated Weekly Pay: $4,140
Estimated Total Income Over 6 Months: $107,640 (based on 30 hours/week at $138/hr)
- Coverage Dates: December 1, 2025 May 31, 2026
- Schedule: Flexible 30 hours per week
- On-Call: None
- Practice Setting: Geriatric psychiatry services across multiple facilities
- Locations: Worcester, Natick, Northboro & Marlboro, MA
- Patient Load: 150 clients
- Support Structure: DONs, social workers, collaborating MDs, interdisciplinary meetings
- Services: Therapy and medication consultation

- Board-certified Psychiatric NP or PA
- Active Massachusetts state license
- DEA and CSR required
- 1+ year of outpatient or geriatric psychiatry experience preferred
- Ability to manage high patient volumes across multiple locations
- Familiarity with CareLogic or similar EMRs
- Strong interdisciplinary communication skills
