Base pay range $20.50/hr - $21.50/hr Responsibilities Provide fast, friendly, accurate, and safe service to customers at Checkout and/or Returns. Monitor and maintain the Self-Checkout area; process Price Checks and assist with transactions as needed. Proactively seek product knowledge to inform customers and identify selling opportunities. Follow all policies and procedures to minimize shrink. Support Front End operations as a Head Cashier by expediting price checks, approving POS transactions and markdowns for mainline registers, Self-Checkout, Returns, Pro Desk, Special Services, and Tool Rental. Provide first-level escalation for customer issues and assist in supervising, coaching, and training other Front End Associates by participating in cashier training and using available coaching tools. Preferred qualification: 1+ years of cashier experience. Qualifications 1+ years of cashier experience (preferred).
