The Opportunity We’re looking for an experienced and process-driven Production Manager to lead our in-house manufacturing operations. This role is the bridge between engineering and production, turning detailed shop drawings into finished products that meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy. What You’ll Do Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers to translate drawings into efficient production workflows. Oversee the transition from engineering to fabrication, ensuring manufacturability and precision. Plan, schedule, and manage production activities to meet project deadlines. Lead and support shop staff — oversee shop labor allocation, equipment utilization, and resource planning. Uphold and enforce safety, quality, and process standards. Drive continuous improvement and efficiency across all phases of production. What You Bring Proven experience in custom millwork, casework, or architectural woodworking. Strong technical understanding of woodworking machinery, materials, and fabrication techniques. CAD/CAM proficiency and ability to interpret shop drawings. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience managing labor utilization, scheduling, and production efficiency.
