Executive Recruiter Brightpath Associates LLC is seeking an Executive Recruiter to drive manufacturing operational excellence and talent development across our manufacturing portfolio.
Responsibilities Lead daily plant floor manufacturing operations, mentoring supervisors and process engineers to achieve safety, quality and productivity goals.
Monitor compliance with ISO 9001, safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Analyze operating reports, develop annual budgets and support business initiatives to meet or exceed company targets.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives, adopting Strategy Deployment to minimize scrap, reduce waste and increase first-pass reliability.
Support cross‑functional manufacturing departments—inventory, equipment maintenance, material management and quality—to optimize plant efficiency.
Develop and deploy cost‑control programs to achieve budgeted staffing and manufacturing expense levels.
Design and execute leadership development programs to build an high‑performing manufacturing team.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D and Finance to introduce new product lines or modify existing lines, aligning manufacturing capabilities with market demands.
Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing organization, with 3 years in supervisory or management roles.
In‑depth understanding of processing environments (coating, roll‑to‑roll printing, extrusion concepts).
Proven leadership, team‑building and advanced coaching skills.
Strong talent‑development background, driving employee skill growth and performance.
Excellent planning, organizational and communication skills—capable of balancing production and maintenance needs while engaging all organizational levels.
Advanced competency in MS Office; SAP experience preferred.
Demonstrated critical thinking, problem‑solving and data‑driven decision‑making capabilities.
Positive professional demeanor, high work ethic, integrity, teamwork and accountability.
