Description: Design and improve manufacturing processes using expertise in product design, tooling, and materials. Analyze product requirements to develop efficient production workflows. Optimize operations by planning workflow, space, and equipment layout. Ensure quality through testing methods and process standards. Support decisions by calculating labor and material costs. Report on product and process trends through data analysis. Provide technical support by addressing engineering inquiries. Must Haves Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related Engineering field. 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficient in identifying production inefficiencies and implementing targeted process improvements. Hands-on experience with machining, casting, and robotic automation systems. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, NX).
