Weeghman & Briggs is seeking a TechSIGING SME 3 to join our growing team and support an important mission within the Federal Government.

Description:

Levy deep technical understanding of signal characteristics to determine compliance during processing, collection, and retention of signals. Leverage compliant practices on how signal parameters are identified and defined, and in how signal behavior is captured within the RF and digital domains. Understand compliance implications in TechSIGINT operations and follow-on analytic activities in either ELINT, FISINT, PROFORMA, or COMEXT. The Level 3 Sr. TechSIGINT Analyst SME shall possess the following capabilities: Capture and refine system requirements to promote a strong alignment of stakeholder needswith development activities. Perform user and group training, and provide services in the development of training materials. Participate in outreach activities to grow the product user community. Provide services in the development and execution of requirements, test plans, and training to ensure compliance of TechSIGINT applications. Complete tasks using legacy TechSIGINT applications. Independently complete assignments with minimal day-to-day instruction or supervision. Communicate information and ideas clearly, concisely, and professionally. Exercise independent judgment in selecting and applying appropriate work methods, procedures, techniques, and practices in accomplishing duties. Train new team members. Complete non-routine and complex assignments. Build and utilize collaborative networks with key contacts within and outside of the organization to complete tasks. Explain technical, procedural, specialized, and legal information to non-experts. Qualifications: Requires ten (10) years of relevant experience and an Associate's degree, or eight (8) years ofrelevant experience and a Bachelor's degree, or six (6) years of relevant experience and a Master'sDegree. Two (2) additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for an Associate's degree fora total of 12 years. Degree must be in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, a Physical Science, or a relatedtechnical field. A broader range of degrees will be considered for those who have completed a relevantmilitary training program for example, 9141 (Navy Intermediate Technical ELINT Analyst), 1N2A (AirForce Intermediate Technical ELINT Analyst), 451/461 (Intermediate Signals Analysis), 452 (AdvancedSignals Analysis), or Military Signals Analysis Program (MSAP). Relevant experience must be in one or more of the following: signals analysis (COMINT, ELINT,FISINT or PROFORMA), or design and engineering of aerospace, communications, electronic orindustrial systems.
