Position Summary
We are seeking a qualified Disclosure Desk Associate to join our team. In this role you will ensure that TRID disclosures are prepared completely with accurate loan information and delivered within required timeframes.
This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in one of the following states: Colorado, Florida, California, Washington, Utah, Idaho, Nevada, Arizona, Maryland, Virginia, Tennessee, or Texas.
Responsibilities Prepare and send the Loan Estimate and initial disclosure packages. Work with Loan Officers, Processors and other team members to review all fees and charges for accuracy; input fee data into Encompass to ensure correct figures are disclosed. Monitor and re-disclose Loan Estimates and Change of Circumstances within 3 days of the change(s) to avoid tolerance cures and closing delays; coordinate with Closing Department to send updated Closing Disclosures as necessary. Review and audit HMDA data for accuracy; reconcile and correct data as necessary. Troubleshoot compliance issues related to disclosures. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of HomeAmerican's loan origination system, Encompass. Other duties as assigned. Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a mortgage Disclosure Desk position or a similar role in mortgage compliance, closing, or related areas. Thorough knowledge of federal mortgage compliance regulations, including TRID and RESPA. Experience using Encompass loan origination software is preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Comfortable working both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team. High attention to detail, with strong problem-solving abilities. Benefits & Perks!

Base Salary: $50,000-60,000 FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Bonus Type: Year End Discretionary
