Tri State Distributors is searching for a

Marketing Specialist

reporting to the

Corporate

office in

Royston, GA . This position provides support for the development and execution of a comprehensive, fully integrated marketing plan inclusive of print media, digital communications, sales support materials, ecommerce, social media and more. The ideal candidate will be an energetic & analytical individual with applicable experience and/or education. Established in 1983, Tri State Distributors has expanded to cover the southeastern United States as one of the leading suppliers serving the LP gas, HVAC and Manufactured Housing industries. Each branch location is a free-standing profit center within the multi-branch company. We offer a very competitive pay rate and full-time employment to candidates who have the attitude, skills, and job history that we are seeking. *This is an onsite role* Monday-Friday work week Primary responsibilities include: Assist in the creation of e-blasts, social media posts, and website content; review promotional information and graphics for accuracy and impact. Deploy successful social media campaigns, managing the implementation from ideation to execution. Provide administrative support for the Blevins Customer Loyalty Rewards Program. Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, including Google Analytics, email marketing effectiveness, and social media engagement. Create and maintain content on company websites and landing pages, ensuring it aligns with brand messaging and goals. Review content for tone, voice, clarity, and consistency in messaging across all channels. Manage online reputation across platforms such as Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various marketing initiatives and projects. Responsible for all promotional flyers, website updates (including banners and design work inside our template), updating and maintaining our library of price lists, mass mailings, monthly newsletters, internal and external communications, creating custom price sheets, event coordination (tradeshows, etc.), and maintaining a schedule for our marketing trailer. Other marketing-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements : Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally in a similar industry. Minimum 2-year degree required, Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. Proficiency in MS Office, AOS, Adobe Suite (including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator), web analytics tools, and Google AdWords, as well as experience in web design and familiarity with MailChimp or Constant Contact. Strong technical writing, editing, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing strategies. Capable of managing communications across all organizational levels and with external vendors. Ability to work independently while also thriving in collaborative, cross-functional teams. Solid understanding of various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing. Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Highly skilled in time management, able to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality. A team player with confidence, integrity, and the ability to earn trust from colleagues and clients
