Practice Setting:
- Large, multidisciplinary pain team with 5 physicians and 4 APPs
- On-site pain psychologist
- Mix of clinic and surgical center procedures
- Dedicated support for med management via APPs
Schedule:
- 4 days per week: day clinic, 2 in-clinic procedure days, 1 day at surgical center
- Clinic day includes 23 follow-ups in 20-minute blocks
- Procedure volumes: 18 patients/day in clinic, 12/day at surgery center
Cases and Procedures:
- Includes neurolytic agent destruction and pain injections
- Full support staff onsite
- Focused on interventional pain medicine
Requirements:
- Board Certified in both PM&R and Pain Management
- Texas license required (not open to IMLC)
