Overview

Our Technical Recruiter will play a critical role in scaling our engineering team by sourcing, screening, and closing senior-level software engineers and related technical professionals. You will partner closely with engineering leadership to understand our technology, culture, and long-term product roadmap in order to bring in individuals who are both technically strong and culturally aligned.

Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

Key responsibilities

  • Proactively source, engage, and manage a strong pipeline of candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, industry events, etc.).
  • Screen candidates for both technical proficiency and alignment with our company culture and long-term vision.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: outreach, interviews, coordination, feedback, and offer negotiation.
  • Provide candidates with a compelling understanding of our platform, technology stack, and engineering challenges.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to refine recruiting processes and improve the overall candidate experience.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics and market insights to leadership.

What You’ll Be Recruiting For

  • Web technology Deep understanding of the Document Object Model (DOM) and its use in managing and transforming HTML and XML document structures, styles, and content
  • Frameworks: Experience
  • Software engineering best practices: Object-oriented design, clean architecture, debugging, and performance optimization
  • Interest in patented, metadata-driven or low-code/no-code platforms

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience recruiting technical talent, ideally for software product companies or technology startups.
  • Proven success in hiring senior software engineers and developers for specialized or advanced technology stacks.
  • Strong understanding of web development concepts, languages, and frameworks (enough to evaluate and communicate with candidates confidently).
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
  • Passion for technology and innovation — with curiosity to learn about new tools and platforms.
