Interim Healthcare
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to provide ongoing support for a client in Santa Rosa.
Schedule
* Tuesdays: 12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
* Thursdays: 12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
* Ongoing, consistent shifts
Duties May Include
* Light homemaking (maintaining a safe, clutter-free environment)
* Fall-risk monitoring and standby assistance as needed
* Grooming support if requested
* Toileting and incontinence care as applicable
* Dementia care: providing reassurance, redirection, and calm communication
Requirements
* Must be registered with the State of California as a Home Care Aide (HCA) or willing to register
* TB clearance and CPR certification preferred
* Reliable transportation to and from client's residence in Santa Rosa
* Prior experience with seniors and dementia care is strongly valued
Compensation
* Competitive hourly rate, paid weekly
* Ongoing, stable schedule
