Position Summary:
Balance Assisted Living in Lodi, CA is seeking a

Personal Care Assistance:
Provide support with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and feeding. Resident Care:
Assist with mobility, positioning, and transferring residents as outlined in their individual service plans. Supportive Tasks:
Help with meals, changing bed linens, and laundry duties as assigned. Dignity and Respect:
Ensure residents’ privacy, respect, and dignity are upheld at all times. Health and Safety:
Follow infection control procedures and standard precautions while providing care. Training and Development:
Complete state-required training upon hire and annually. Communication:
Report any changes in resident conditions or care needs to the care team and family members. Required Experience:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (required). Age Requirement:
Must be at least 18 years of age. Skills:
Basic computer skills and ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal). Background Check:
State Criminal Background Check and LIC 508 Criminal Record Statement required. Health Screen:
