Caregiver / Office Assistant .

About the Role This unique position combines two roles: providing quality in-home care to clients and assisting in the office with scheduling, phone calls, and caregiver coordination. You’ll play a crucial part in keeping our clients satisfied and supporting our caregivers.

Responsibilities In the field:

Provide compassionate, dependable care for clients in their homes.

Assist with activities of daily living, companionship, and transportation.

In the office:

Answer phones and help with scheduling shifts.

Support the Care Coordinator and Office Manager with administrative tasks.

Communicate professionally and compassionately with caregivers and clients.

Help maintain records and update client and caregiver information.

Requirements

- Prior caregiving experience (professional or personal).

- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- Comfort using a computer, phone, and scheduling software.

- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

- Willingness to work both in-home care shifts and office hours.

Schedule & Pay

- Full-time or part-time position (30–40 hours per week).

- Competitive hourly pay based on experience.

Requirements - Mature and dependable. - Experience as a caregiver in a home care setting or skilled facility. - Willing to take a national background check and a Department of Motor Vehicles check. - Meet quality standards of care during shifts and follow standard procedures for engaging with the rest of the care team. - Must possess a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
