As a Care Professional with SYNERGY HomeCare, you receive:
Competitive Shift Differentials ($16-$30/hour)
Flexible full-time and part-time schedules
Time-and-a-half pay for overtime and holidays
Careful matching of care professionals and clients based on skills and personality
Employee recognition programs (Hubbux, Care Profesional Month/Year)
Direct deposit (after 90 days)
Daily pay with Payactiv
Paid orientation and ongoing paid training
Medical, dental and vision for full-time employees
Qualifications for this position:
Willingness to Work Rotating Weekends
Valid Driver's License
Reliable Transportation with Car Insurance
Background Check
Drug Screen
