We are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.
Flexible per diem hours
CNA Duties & Responsibilities:
* Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting * Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff. * Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support. * Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care. * Other duties as needed.
Requirements:
* Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required * Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required * Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
