Your Role as a Personal Care Aide
* As a valued member of our team, you will: * Assist seniors with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming * Help with mobility and transfers for comfort and safety * Provide companionship and social engagement * Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation * Offer medication reminders and assistance (as permitted by state regulations) * Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the Senior Helpers team * Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
What You Need to Apply
* Must be 18 years or older * High School Diploma or equivalent required * Experience in caregiving or healthcare is preferred but not required - we provide training! * Excellent communication and people skills * Ability to pass a background check and drug screening * Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and car insurance * Ability to lift and maneuver up to 25 lbs
