We are looking for compassionate and dedicated team members with a common purpose of making a difference in the lives of seniors. The Esther at Riverbend Assisted Living, located in Springfield, OR is seeking a dedicated and passionate Care Partner to provide high-quality care to the residents in our community. We offer competitive wages with opportunities to grow! Training is available for qualified candidates. Responsibilities of the Care Partner Provide assistance with activities of daily living in a manner that supports our person-centered care philosophy. Provides personal care services as outlined in the individual services plans such as assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, positioning, assist to meals, feeding, changing bed linens, laundry, etc. Assist in daily requirements and tasks as requested. Ensure residents are provided with privacy, respect, and dignity. Follows standard precautions and infection control procedures. Completes state required training upon hire and annually. Required Experience Possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent. Be at least 18 years of age. Basic computer skills. Must be able to speak, read, and write in the English language.
