Insight Global is seeking a Medical Assistant for a concierge medical practice in Boca Raton, FL. The practice is within concierge medicine and is a small internal medicine practice with three employees - the Physician, the Medical Assistant , and the Front Desk Receptionist. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant who is looking for a smaller office environment. The Physician typically sees between 10-20 patients per day. Patients are seen for annual appointments, chronic disease management and follow-ups. The Medical Assistant should be able to take vital signs, check patients in, perform EKG, complete Flu/COVID swabs and perform phlebotomy/venipuncture.

Required Skills & Experience - 2+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant - 2 years of experience with phlebotomy and blood draw - Confident with annual wellness visits, rooming patients, taking vitals, performing venipuncture/phlebotomy, EKG, giving immunizations, Flu/COVID swabs, answering/returning phone calls, scheduling patients, etc. - Strong communication and organizational skills - Background using Athena EMR - Reliable, presentable, polite and empathetic towards patients

Nice to Have Skills & Experience - Active BLS/CPR - Prior experience within Concierge medicine

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
