As an Inventory & Fulfillment Specialist at The Merch Collective, you'll be the backbone of our e-commerce and tour operations-ensuring products flow seamlessly from vendor to fan. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, making you a key player in delivering unforgettable merch experiences. What you'll do: Manage inventory across systems (BrightPearl, DOMS, Shiphero), ensuring accuracy, timely restocks and manual comp orders / orders for clients. Monitor and troubleshoot fulfillment issues with vendors, warehouses, and internal teams. Create and reconcile receiving POs, ensuring SKU and shipment accuracy. Lead reporting efforts including weekly inventory, backorder, and over-allocation updates. Coordinate bulk inventory transfers to and from tours and festivals to maximize profitability. Support warehouse moves and ensure vendor compliance with inbound requirements. Participate in cycle counts and offer strategic inventory recommendations. Who you are: Detail-oriented and highly organized, with experience in inventory or fulfillment operations. Skilled in cross-functional communication and problem-solving. Comfortable working with systems like BrightPearl, Shiphero, DOMS, and Asana. Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Passionate about music, merchandise, and delivering exceptional fan experiences.
