This role focuses on comprehensive breast surgery patient care within a collaborative and supportive environment.Responsibilities:Provide care in clinic, hospital, and assist with call coverageSupport surgeons with pre- and post-operative management of breast surgery patientsParticipate in patient education and ongoing coordination of careCollaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other team members to ensure high-quality outcomesPrevious surgical experience, particularly in breast surgery, preferred (3â€"5 years)Compensation & Incentives:Salary Range: $124,332 â€" $139,000 plus performance-based compensation Based on qualifications, experience, and market evaluation Sign-on bonus up to $50,000Supportive transition bonusComprehensive benefits package including: - Health, dental, and vision insurance - Retirement plan - CME allowance (time and funding) - Paid malpractice insurance - Generous paid time offJob Qualifications:National Certification as a Physician AssistantActive New York State LicensureBLS CertificationDEA required Estimated pay range/amount is Negotiable.
