Base pay range $18.50/hr - $19.50/hr Job Description Responsibilities Cashiers provide fast, friendly, accurate and safe service at checkout and/or returns; monitor the Self-Checkout area and process transactions. Proactively seek product knowledge to inform customers and identify selling opportunities. Follow policies and procedures to ensure that shrink is minimized. Assist in supervision, coaching and training of other Front End Associates; provide first level escalation for customer issues and participate in training of new Cashiers. Support Head Cashier by expediting price checks, approving Point of Sale transactions and markdowns for mainline registers, Self-Checkout, Returns, Pro Desk, Special Services, and Tool Rental.
