Role Summary As a Personal Banker for the Mass Affluent Portfolio, you will build and deepen client relationships by understanding financial needs and recommending tailored banking solutions. You will support client growth by partnering across business lines to deliver deposit, lending, digital, and investment services. This role offers an opportunity to manage a book of business, contribute to branch goals, and advance your career in a client-focused environment.

Key Accountabilities Build and grow customer relationships by proactively identifying financial needs and recommending appropriate products and services. Manage a book of business, focused on asset retention, growth, and customer satisfaction. Open new accounts, process transactions, and ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance. Partner with mortgage, investment, business banking, and other teams to deliver comprehensive financial solutions. Grow deposits, loans, and fee income through proactive outreach and referrals. Provide exceptional service during every client interaction, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Support branch operations including service requests, transaction processing, and operational integrity. Education & Experience Required: High school diploma. 2+ years in a sales and goals-based environment. 1+ year of experience in a branch banker or similar role. Banker certification within 6 months of hire. Preferred: 3+ years of experience in sales with a strong customer service focus. Financial services or banking experience working with mass affluent clients.
