You will oversee the management, execution, and quality of complex and large-scale forensic projects, with a focus on consistently enhancing client services. Responsibilities - Attain annual revenue and profit objectives for forensic services - Cultivate, nurture, and oversee the growth of the forensic team. - Engage in advisory meetings and provide support to staff as required to enhance business performance. - Sustain relationships with essential clients. - Initiate project leads and actively pursue them to fruition. - Craft proposals and engage in negotiations for supplementary services. - Oversee and track project advancement and financial budgets. - Deliver exceptional technical assistance to clients. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Competencies - Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Civil/Structural/MEP Engineering (master’s degree or higher preferred). - Professional licensure in Illinois. - 8+ years of Forensic experience required. - Ability to lead and grow the forensic practice through business development, client engagement, and team mentorship. - Ability to prioritize high volume of activity and delegate effectively. - Ability to manage client relationships and maintain communication with client after project is finished for securing possible future work. - Ability to manage professional and support staff, including outside consultants assigned to the project. - Demonstrated ability to manage a variety of complex Forensics projects - Ability to manage conflict resolution with minimal Managing Principal or officer involvement.
