Base pay range: $21.00/hr - $22.34/hr

Location: Ithaca, NY 14850

Contract: 3+ months

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM

Pay Rate: $21-$22.34/HR

Now hiring: Phlebotomist II – Ithaca, NY (Full-Time, Onsite). This role is with Pride Health and requires providing patient care and accurate specimen collection at a medium-sized Patient Service Center in Ithaca, NY.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality blood draws on patients of all ages – pediatrics through geriatrics
• Handle urine, thyroid testing, and hard sticks
• Ensure proper specimen labeling, handling, and transport
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment
• Work alongside one other full-time phlebotomist in a supportive team environment

Qualifications

• Minimum 1.5 years of phlebotomy experience required
• Experience drawing blood from pediatric and geriatric patients preferred
• Prior PSC (Patient Service Center) experience strongly preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Vaccines required: TB and Hepatitis B
• Must be able to stand for extended periods (majority of the shift)
• Computer skills and experience with data entry and processing
• Reliable transportation is a must

Training will be conducted at a different Patient Service Center location during the first 1–2 weeks. This includes completing computer-based learning paths.
