Overview

Security Officers/Guards observe and report activities at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. This role may involve patrolling, monitoring premises, and interacting with client employees and customers to provide information and assistance.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report activities and incidents at an assigned client site, ensuring security and safety of property and personnel.
• Support customer service interactions with clients’ employees and customers as needed.
• Maintain alertness and respond to security incidents following client directives.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Must pass drug screen and background check where applicable.
• Must be able to meet and maintain any state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent sitting, standing, and walking; may involve climbing stairs and walking on inclines or uneven terrain.
• Additional physical requirements may include lifting up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Requirements Context

Prior experience in retail, food service, or hospitality is not required; if you have this background you are a great fit. Training and onboarding are provided.

Compensation & Benefits

Wage: $16.00–$17.58 per hour. Benefits include:
