Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Stow, OH. The Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of day-to-day tasks including managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and assisting executives with administrative duties. The role also involves clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Clerical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
